My Me's as a Peace Committee

Another fine comparisement, I use for my Inner Me's, is the Peace Committee. The general goal of my committee is to achieve PEACE in my (inner and outer) Universe.
(You might find the inner and outer Universe as a Whole, that is; all our inner universes together form our outer Universe, that's how everything can be brought back to ONE, in my simple way of looking at it All.)
When I started to examine my committee I found out, it is not so strange, making decisions can be really difficult. All the members on the council have their own opinions and voices and they all want to influence the decision making process. My job is to do the lobby. Before I can take a decision (this happens with the speed of thought), I need to hear all my council members and I have to treat all opinions with sincere Respect. If I do not do this in the proper way, the strongest members of the committee will take the lead in influencing decisions NOT supported by the whole group. This creates frustrations and even rebellion activities by the less stronger members. If this goes on for a while, the result is total chaos and no decisions made at all. Can You imagine what will happen if this continues?
If I focus on getting to know all the members of my council and hear them with respect, I can take the lead and full responsibility of the resolutions made by the peace council president (ME, the Leader of my Gang). This way I was re-elected every time because gradually, all the members of the Group in Me, became at Peace and now they are resonating this Peace constantly. Today I have learned to listen to all my inner Peace Council members, and I make the conscious decisions with the speed of thought constantly.

Ureeka!!! Very susinctly put Leendert! This is very much like my own experience…the me that oversee’s everyone taking all positions into account so agreements can be made - consciously or unconsciously.
I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you are out there understanding this concept as a very concrete, rational and wholistic way of integrating the self.
I think “Leader of the Pack” might be a fitting theme song here…
Thanks for finding the words to say it!
