MY Dog Lucky Guy (RIP)

LUCKY ME LEO ME LUCKY ME LEO

If you think the story of Lassie was made up...... Above there is this proof I did own a Scottish Collie and He was Pretty! It was a guy and a Lucky Guy for two reasons.
1. I have been arguing with my parents to get a dog for 3 years! 2. When we came to the breeder Lucky was the last one left. What Luck for the Both of us! Because He seemed like the Ugly Duck when we picked him up but he was so sweet! And he became the most beautiful Swan when he grew up at our family. What a God's present he was.
A Great Teacher and Grand Protector of my Inner Child. Lucky Guy, See you in Summer-Land!
Thank you L.

Thank you for sharing your story and the great photos! Your story/photos were also the answer to how we as humans can start learning to come together as one, putting aside the negative reactions we have to whatever/whoever is different….why, look at our pets/dogs. What a great example of unconditional love, no matter what. I think animals have a great deal to teach us about every great trait a human could ever long to have. Lucky Guy ! –Henrietta
omg it's lassy! Thanks for sharing this story, very heartfelt and open.Pets really are wondeful.
My parents had a dog but they gave it away because it was far too lively to be around babies and young children (it was a sheep dog type, whatever they're called). So I never grew up around dogs, only cats.
Cats are wonderful though. The last two cats we had from when they were born out in the wild (longish story), but they both disappeared about four years ago, both within days of each other. One was all black called Charlie (the funniest most lovable cat I think that there has ever been.Man I miss them). The other was more timid and nervous, and would occasionally strike out.Though over time he became much more relaxed and playful, almost as much as Charlie. He was called felix, and was black and white. But I always called him flex, or flexy because I thought felix was such a cliched name for a cat. He's sorta where my online name comes from.
Since they disappeared, we haven't bought another cat.I suppose we just hoped Charlie and Felix would return. These days both of our neighbours cats always come round to our house. We let them in and they lounge around. One is called Jakey, and he's the spitting image of felix, so that's good. It's actually a good setup, because they go to their own homes to get fed, and then they come to ours the rest of the time.I think they're drawn to our house because we send good vibes out that we love animals so much.
We're all lucky to have our pets. Thanks for sharing.
We have 5 dogs at our house each with their own personality and loving attention. No matter how my day goes they greet me with love, entusiasm, and excitement. It cannot be beat!!!
Thank you for the post! Extra treats for the doggies tonight!
How beautiful!! May Lucky Guy help you find new friends as honourable as he was!! Aho!
