Experiencing Chi!

Posted on May 26th, 2007 by Leendert : Illuminator ES Leendert
TAI CHI

I can feel my life-force behind every movement if I focus it will get more intense. The stronger it gets the more I feel one with my surroundings and nature. It is as if I know how to move and when. Chi is a concept used in martial arts to empower your training as a martial art student. Understanding Chi is as understanding life in some way, at least that is what it is for me.....:-o I think understanding chi is more difficult when civilized and conditioned by our western oriented mind. This can be used as a Grand advantage if I open myself up for the Eastern way of thinking. That way I can get the benefit of both ways of thinking. The funny thing is this old western way of thinking is changing slowly but surely, I can see it everywhere.....We Western (cowboys?) start to recognise there is more to it then good food in Asia. (lol) Anyway This life force (Chi) is actually the force behind everything, so it could be useful to practice this. That is why I practice a form of Tai Chi. To keep my mind and body in balance.

Chi connects me to all and everyone.

Yes, seeing that we are made of energy (Chi) and structure – seeing that they are actually two sides of the same four-dimensional object – is very important, healing, and even revelatory.

Of couse, for me, the way to most easily access Chi is through ChiBouncing

(And I'm planning on having that drink with you, Leendert, in a few weeks!)

Thank you Jordan, you have made me really curious about ChiBouncing now :-)
I will keep you to the promise of a drink and a nice conversation about the Chi in for example the VondelPark in Amsterdam when the weather is nice  :-)
Of course you could also come to my Home&Office, You would be welcome.
I would be honored.
