I Sleep Excellent!

Around me I hear people saying they have troubles sleeping. How could that be possible? I think this could be well related to Breathing. I have found that my thinking and my breathing are connected. If disconnected, the mind starts to control everything, my thinking, emotions, moods, communications with others, everything! I do not let my mind control all. I have learned my mind it is working for my soul and not the other way around. I have disciplined my mind. (Now I only have to discipline my Actions hehehe)
Anyway, one of the results of the above for me is excellent sleep~ and a build in alarm clock. I program my mind before I go to sleep. Agree on the time I want to wake up. Sometimes I read a little, but only for a few minutes because I cannot stop the sleep! :-) I breath a few times very deep and slow, slowing down the system, I empty the trash can (oh sorry I mean the mind) and bye bye I am off to Summer-land where all my dreams come from and unconsciously register every event on the other side. The process of getting to my sleep takes 5 minutes.
When I wake up I almost never remember dream. Lucky me. I just know that on a subconscious level all the important data from dreaming are in my system somewhere.....It is enough for me to deal on a daily bases with all events happening in my day to day existence, so I am happy I do not often have to think about what I dream.
Thus I know that if I DO remember a dream it is usually a sacred one (at least for me it is :-) I call it DEO DATA! That way I have created 2 levels of dreaming, subconscious dreaming and conscious dreaming. In both forms it is possible to stay Lucid, but I kind of did all the fun things already and I need my rest when I sleep. I do not want a sleeping disorder! :-)
Flying around can be kind of tiring mentally! (LOL)
So I would say, how much sleep do I get actually. I need 8 hours maximum and I never, ever sleep more, accept when I drink to much :-) I can deal with 6 hours, for a few days when I am very busy, but I need to balance after a few days. During the day I do not need any stuff (coffee or stimulates) to stay sharp, actually often I need to relax a little bit because I have too much energy and I start to drive co-workers around crazy! (LOL) My favorite hobby is monologues, about Changing the World!
I claim I do all this because of good, excellent sleep. People who suffer from too little sleep will recognise all of the problems resulting from this. My advice, meditate, learn to breath proper and the FUN starts SOON!
